Raft Capital invests in companies with high potential where we can foster further growth by providing capital and our expertise. We are a generalist investor, targeting multiple industries, and looking for companies with great management teams and unique business attributes – e.g. significant market share, unique technology or product.
As investors, we are experienced and feel comfortable supporting companies’ growth across all types of situations – to provide growth capital, to finance consolidation of fragmented industries and add-on acquisitions as well as to invest in buy-out cases. We are also interested in corporate spin-offs and family companies facing succession.
