SFDR Statements and Disclosures

The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) is an EU regulation that requires financial market participants, including Raft Capital Management, UAB, to disclose how sustainability risks are integrated into investment decisions, whether and how adverse sustainability impacts are considered, how remuneration policies are aligned with sustainability risks, and how environmental and/or social characteristics are promoted.
On this page, you can find the disclosures made by Raft Capital Management, UAB in relation to the financial products (such as investment funds) that it manages. The disclosures are structured in accordance with the applicable SFDR requirements, including pre-contractual disclosures (Annex II), periodic disclosures (Annex IV), and entity-level policies, as set out in the SFDR Level 2 Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS).
For the 2025 reporting period, Raft Capital has updated its disclosures to reflect the active investment portfolio and the implementation of ESG monitoring, including the establishment of sustainability indicators, baseline data collection, and ongoing reporting in line with the Annex IV template.
