Imre Visse is a co-founder and partner at Raft Capital, based in Tallinn.

Imre has more than 20 years of M&A and investment banking experience in origination and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions in the Baltics and Nordics. He is former head of M&A and CF in KPMG, Swedbank and SEB Vilfima in Estonia. Imre is a graduate of Tartu University (MA) and Estonian Business School (BBA).
